Schlade joins CentraComm as Vice President of Finance and Controller
Thursday, July 9 - Findlay, Ohio - CentraComm,
a leading managed IT Security and network services company,
announced the appointment of Renee Schlade as Vice President of
Finance and Controller effective immediately. A Certified
Public Accountant with 10 years of Finance experience, Schlade will
play a pivotal role in CentraComm's growth strategy.
In her role as VP & Controller, Schlade is responsible for
setting CentraComm's financial policy and direction and a
contributor to the organization's overall strategy. Renee is a
Certified Public Accountant with experience in private sector
organizations and public accounting. She served as Chief
Financial Officer and Controller of several organizations in the
health care industry, leading their accounting teams in oversight
and preparation of financial reporting, planning, and
budgeting. She was also an associate with Plante & Moran,
PLLC (a Regional Accounting and Consulting Firm ) where she was an
auditor and management consultant specializing in the health and
human services industry.

Renee graduated with honors from the University of Toledo with a
bachelor of business administration in accounting. She
resides in Findlay with her family.
