Headquartered in Findlay, OH, Ohio Logistics is a growing, dynamic company, with over 300 associates, providing innovation warehousing, distribution, and transportation services to customers with logistical requirements. With over 6 million sq. ft. of state-of-the-art warehouse space in six states, Ohio Logistics provides all of the assets and operational support necessary to meet sophisticated logistical requirements.

Challenge

With 28 warehouse facilities in four (4) states, Ohio Logistics was experiencing rapid growth and many of their warehouses had legacy wireless infrastructure. There were access issues in some of the facilities and dispersed systems between the 28 locations. With a warehouse management system performing thousands of transactions per day, the Wi-Fi often had coverage issues that caused decrease productivity in the warehouses. Ohio Logistics goal was to standardize the wireless for the new warehouses and replace the wireless for those warehouses that were not getting the coverage they need.
