New Managed Services Offerings and Geographic Expansion Fuel Growth
CentraComm, a leading managed IT security and network services company, today announced that it has been named to the 2013 CRN Fast Growth 150. The annual list features the fastest-growing solution providers in the technology industry based on two years’ growth of net sales from fiscal year 2010 to fiscal year 2012.
Moving up more than sixty places to No. 25, CentraComm has shown 133 percent revenue growth fueled by new service offerings, steadily growing its customer base and geographic expansion throughout the Midwest.
“Being named to CRN’s Top 25 fastest growing resellers is a testament to CentraComm’s customer service philosophy that permeates throughout our culture. Many companies would rate the service levels of their current Value Added Reseller’s pretty low, but not at CentraComm,” said Mark Robinson, President, who’s organization surveys its customers with frequent regularity. “We are laser focused on providing an exceptional customer experience every time. We’ve also made investments in sales leadership and in our sales and marketing teams in the past 18-months which are really paying off. We’ve expanded our sales geographies, hired top talent, and built a world-class sales and marketing infrastructure. We now have a highly capable sales and marketing engine that’s capable of telling the amazing CentraComm story in the marketplace ” said Robinson.
“Despite the challenges of an evolving market, these Fast Growth companies demonstrate an unmatched ability to nimbly and effectively respond to market demands, fulfill customer needs and remain steadfast in their commitment to innovation,” said Robert Faletra, CEO, CRN. “We are thrilled to shine a spotlight on the successful companies that keep the channel top of mind and serve as an example for the rest of the market.”
